Mistake done voluntarily

I always never prefers taking a Madhuravoil  to Tambaram bypass when I go in a bike especially not in my Thunderbird. But my bad time I took the route last Friday in Thunderbird with my friend Vijay from office.. Luckily I crossed 15 kms. Now my muscle man Thunderbird started giving trouble and on 16th km it stopped. Yes fuel tank is empty, what next we started pushing the 183 kg heavy weight champion. In 100 mtrs we saw an Auto and the driver is ready to take up till Petrol bunk. My friend Vijay volunteered to go with him to get fuel which is 3km's away from the place where my vehicle was stopped .Thanks to the auto driver for bringing back my friend in the wrong way with a fuel. At last I gave food to my muscle man then we started. I know these kind of things will happen, I always advise my friends and I did this on my own.. Because advise is for others only. 

Wish to start New Business

I got some free time within my day to day work. So I am thinking to start any business with low investment. I also discussed it with many people including my family members, but every thing ended up with bad idea. At last my friend advised me to check www.elance.com to bid any work I may interest and if everything goes fine I will get new business. Website is good but still proposals are going on from my side and no reply from clients. Even though I did not get business from website, I found this website is giving good opportunity to many people..

Differences between GPRS, EDGE, 3G, HSDPA, HSPA+ and 4G LTE

Since there is no new access points for a broad band connection in my area where I currently located, I am forced to choose a data card. Tried many networks for a speed and at last got Airtel connection with a corporate offer. 

On using the data card in main page sometimes I see HSPA and some times I see Edge and confused on how it works..

After surfing through many websites to know the difference between GPRS, EDGE and 3G, decided to share my little knowledge about the topic in case you might be confused about it too.

Before we get the advanced technology, it was known as 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G etc refers to the dissimilar generations of wire-free communication technology branded by having a defined range of speed.

GPRS:

What is GPRS? General Packet Radio Service... It’s just a packet-based wireless communication service. It is otherwise known as 2G technology network that supports a download speed of up to 114Kbps.

Limitation of GPRS ends up when a voice call is in progress.

EDGE:

Enhanced Data GSM Evolution... GPRS and EDGE are both 2G technology but EDGE is significantly faster with a download speed of up to 384Kbps. EDGE is sometimes called a 2.5G network as it also has some characteristics of a 3G network but it doesn't satisfy the specification.

3G:

Introduction of 3G network made video calling and seamless streaming of video possible, with download speed of up to 3.1Mbps.

HSDPA:

High-Speed Down-link Packet Access... It is based on the 3G network and an enhancement to 3G. Thus has a faster speed, download speed can be up to 14Mbps. HSDPA is sometimes called 3.5G.

HSPA+:

Evolved High-Speed Packet Access!!! It’s an evolution HSPA (HSDPA&HSUPA). It is a 4G technology that allows download at a rate of up to 168Mbps.

4G LTE:

4^th Generation - Long Term Evolution... LTE is a 4G communication standard that supports HD video streaming, download speed as high as 299.6Mbps.

Summary:

GPRS(114Kbps) < EGDE(368Kbps) < 3G(3.1Mbps) < HSDPA(14Mbps) < HSPA+(168Mbps) < 4G/LTE(299.6Mbps)

Classes for bright students; it sounds funny

Since I have grown up with short term memory loss and less concentration, I thought at-least my son should improve in those areas. So, I called one of the “U C MAS” institutions for child memory and concentration improvement center in Chennai to inquire about the classes they are offering. One lady from Anna Nagar center picks the call and told me that they are offering classes to improve concentration and memory power for the BRIGHT STUDENTS. This sounds funny for me, if students have all these qualities, why do they need “U C MAS”?

Police outside Chennai city

Except Chennai city all other outside Districts in Tamilnadu has very good physic and workaholic persons in police department I think. 3 days back I saw an incident in Ooty which is worth watching just like an Police action movie.

3 boys went in a bike which is against the law and also they are under aged group to drive 2 wheeler's, so they were caught by police. Then 1 boy from the bike got down from a bike and on a seconds 2 others escaped by going faster.. Here comes the action, the person who got down from the bike put his steps back like a cat and started running from the place like a deer and all of a sudden one police person started chasing the boy, that particular scene reminded me some Police movie in Tamil. In that 100 mtr chase, police person ran like a Lion and his eyes never looked at any other person expect the boy in that big crowd on the whole chasing scene and at-last boy gave up himself to the police person, all this happened in just a 3 mins time. As I was running out of time I just walked away from the place to start my car..

This is just 1 incident which I saw directly but there are many such things happening in all other districts.

2000 KM drive in a week's time

Great experience of driving 2000 KM's in a weeks time. Started from Chennai and reached Coimbatore and went to Anamalai for Anand's marriage and then went to Ooty via Coimbatore and at-last reached Chennai and again from Chennai went to Pondy and came back to my origination point.

Coimbatore is one best place in Tamilnadu, Wow!! climate is very good, 1 out of 10 houses has AC. My bad time I am not able to spend much time here, but went to Marudhamalai temple.

Pollachi ->> Anamalai :):):) Another good place to visit in Tamilnadu. Scary face of the goddess Masaniamman in Arulmigu Masaniamman temple is awesome. And later went to Anand's marriage reception, its different experience. Kerala style reception with music, food, stage decoration its really a different experience, my wife (Chandra), my son (Bharath) and my daughter (Bhavana) enjoyed the occasion. Next day we went to marriage function too, same experience as previous day. Thanks to Anand for having his marriage in such a wonderful place.

Ooty --->>> After marriage my car started to Ooty, I accompanied with my whole family. Severe cold in Ooty makes us to vacate the room in one day. My mom, dad and son felt too much of cold in Ooty, so we limited our day by visiting only Sims park, Doddabetta, Paykara and Botanical garden.

Chennai;:;: Came back to Chennai next day and went to Pondy for a family function and finally reached Home today by ending up 2000 km's in a week
