Bad day for the pet dog from a rude owner.

I went to my wife's school today to pick her and found one dog stuck in between the gates. I tried to push it but failed. Only later I understand it did not stuck but afraid to come out. 

It is not a stray dog, there is belt bukled round the neck. I investigated out side and understood someone came in a car and forced the dog out and left the place swiftly. 

No one noticed who they are nor the car no. I have asked some people out there to check their cctv footage to know who left it.

Is this not a strange behaviour? Whether that Pet is not a part of their family? Will they do this to their own child?

If someone not ready to take the pet till their life time why should they have one? Is it a morale?

Looking at the pet how much fear it has to see the stray dogs. It was so afraid and not even accept the food we gave. By looking at the shivering of the pet, I can easily understand how much fear it has to go out and how much it should miss their family.

Loan repayment scam or I have less knowledge?

Today morning I was sitting in a bank to see the status of the loan which is progressing for last 6 months. I heard a conversation between Bank Staff and a customer.

Customer: Madam I am paying additional payment of 27000 every month but I did not see my principle amount is reduced.

Bank staff: Sir your EMI is 23000 rit?

Customer: yes madam.

Bank staff: wait a minute I will check

(Type writting sound comes as tok tok tok tttotok totok total)

Bank Staff: Sir what ever excess payment you are paying will hot the interest amount only if you did not ask us to adjust principle amount. Sofor the last 5 months all ur additional payment went to interest amount.

Customer: oh ok then fine I am happy. Thankyou for assisting.

Here my split personality Mr Doubt Dhanabal came out. How the excess payment will go to interest amount where there is no outstanding intrest amount is there. My understanding is only the outstanding principle amount will be there? 

With this where did that amount of 27000 * 5 months went? Is this the new trick from banks or a scam or I don't have banking knowledge?

Conditioning the mind! How and when?

Saw a video with a message where a gaint elephant is tied up with less than half of the thickness rope compared to its trunk, but it did not broke the rope nor tried to break it. Why? Is the big question turned up to my mind and it was explained fantastically. 

It's mind from the childhood is conditioned in that way like we season the cricket bat when it is new. From birth it is tied with same rope where it cannot break due to its childhood weakness and this thing seasoned it's mind that it can't broke the rope. This is the barrier set up on  the big, huge, gaint elephants mind. 

This is where conditioning plays a major role. So when a child grows and if we condition it with good thoughts, I trust that will be the barrier for them to block themselves from bad things.

Getting top-up home loan is tough?

I applied a top-up home loan in Feb 2021 and its almost end of June 2021. 5 months completed and I am still standing where I started. I have a good cibil score, no previous black history and still I don't get anything. I have escalated to almost all heads in the bank but no use. I believe that's the reason every peip6are going to private banks. Or the national bannks having informal toe up with private sector bank so that automatically we will go to private banks?

what is digital marketing?

I believe digital marketing is nothing but marketing a product or advertising online using multiple channels.Like., Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, whatsapp business, website SEO, Google Page, Youtube, etc.,

Still it depends on what content we put I believe. 

We have to see the content is clearer, relevant, quality,  transperant, positive, sensible and more importantly we should reach the right audience.

Am I right or anything else I am missing or any new process to be followed?

Costly or cheap? I am questioning myself

I am wondering whether the cost went high or I am getting old enough to digest the food with high cost from normal hotels? Yesterday I went to one good restaurant to buy a yummy tasty starters. I didn't look at the price menu 1st and only when I was about to pay I looked into the price. It was quite expensive, I didn't bother by coside6the quantity and quality. I paid and took away the food to my home and opened it and there o got a surprising shock.

5 pieces of 2.5 inches height and 1 inch thickness stuff of paneer finger cost 239 RS and 15 pieces os 2.2 inches height and 1/4 inches of thickness stuff of Baby corn pakoda costs 229 RS. With tax I totally paid 516 RS.

It's not a 5 stat or 3 star hotel but a regul6good punjabi resturant but never expected this much price.

516 RS for a 20 pieces of starters. 

Note: I am not a food blogger. But wanted to know this is the expected price or customers are getting cheated?

Marketing at its best

Today I got a message in whatsapp as "HI" I too replied HI and the conversation went as below and the message was from some random number (RN)

RN: HI

ME: HI

RN: HOW ARE YOU

ME: I AM GOOD. HOW ARE YOU?

RN: FINE.

ME: SORRY, I DIDN'T SAVE YOUR NAME, MAY I KNOW WHO IS THIS?

RN: TOLD SOME NAME AND REIED I AM CALLING FROM HDFC BANK DO YOU NEED ANY LOAN?

After seeing this I got shocked and rest is history. I just pranked the guy about I am going complain for disturbing through whatsapp and going block the no from using whatsapp to anyone. They got panicked and left without responding. Later I admitted I am just pranking and nothing to worry and don't require any loan. And understand that the message was from some DSA

I am just thinking how can I use my resources without getting any of these annoying things. I too do marketting but not directly to the users bit using the social media ads
